Research Focus: the intersections of social cognition, media psychology and communication.
Collaborative Environment: As a team of scholars and students with diverse backgrounds and expertise, SCAMP Lab offers a unique and collaborative environment where innovative ideas, rigorous research, and the pursuit of knowledge converge to create meaningful insights into the dynamic world of media and communication.
Interdisciplinary Approach and Methods: Our approach is grounded in empirical social science and rooted in theories from  psychology, communication, sociology, and cognitive science. We employ a diverse range of research methods includingquantitative surveys, experimental designs, eye-tracking, psychophysiology, real-time response measures, computational approaches, and mixed-method studies.
